Hi,
My name is Neil and I reside in Greater Noida.
Around the 6th of October/23, I purchased a pair of ‘Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66’ shoes from a site on Instagram by the name of ‘Shoes Adda,’ ‘Shoes Random Choice’, and ‘Shoessactory.’ (Be warned that the people have been constantly changing their username on Instagram).
I pre-paid for this package via UPI for an amount of Rs. 1299 to a ‘Tarun Yadav.’ It was on the 11th Oct. that I received the shoes and was shocked to find out that they had scammed me by sending me a product that was not even worth 200 Rs. let aLoan it being for 1299. When I contacted this website via Instagram and sent them a picture of the inferior quality product, they immediately blocked me and refused to entertain any of my requests.
I made a call on the contact no. given i.e., (7974339746) (email- shoesadda01@gmail.com) but the call wasn’t going through. I tried calling on Whatsapp and a lady on the other line picked up. When I told her about this issue, she told me that they will look into this matter and refund my money. But when I contacted her again for an update, she blocked my no. and I wasn’t able to get through. I’ve tried calling her a million times from 10 different numbers but she keeps on giving false promises and continues to block the contact numbers. Hence, after much struggle and hassles; I’ve decided to log my complaint regarding this seller through this portal.
Attached is an image of the product I received. You can clearly see how inferior the quality is.
