I would like to report this Instagram page, Moongoddess Couture, for online shopping fraud. I placed an order and made full payment, but I have still not received my product even after 2 months. There has been no proper response from their side despite multiple follow-ups.
This issue is not limited to me—many other customers are facing the same problem. Several people have reported that they have not received their orders even after several months or more than a year. The page continues to take orders and payments without delivering products.
Based on these repeated complaints and lack of response, this appears to be a scam. I request you to take strict action against this page and help initiate a refund for affected customers.
