Text of Complaint by GEETHU TREESA MATHEW:

I contacted Zuhriyaa for the availability of kurta since it was urgent for me. And they gave me a reply that the product is a ready to be shipped product and maximum it will take only 7 days to receive. Based on their confirmation I made a payment of Rs.1700 on 25.11.2023. They didn’t provide me any order ID. I kept messaging for order ID, but they didn’t reply to me. I hanged on for 10 days. I didn’t receive the product. I kept calling them, messaged on whatsapp and instagram and there was no response. I kept calling and messaging every day from 26.11.2023 to 04.03.2024. I understood Zuhriyaa cheated me. I later came to know that they have a so many complaints on them. I messaged them telling them that I don’t want the product and I requested for a refund since it’s been more than 3 months. To my surprise they send me an image of courier acknowledgement on 05.03.2024 telling that they have send the product. I said I don’t want the product since it’s of no use to me now. They even sent the wrong color and wrong size. What an intentional fraud? So they asked me to return the product. They gave me an address and I sent back the product to them. And I later came to know that they have given some fake address so that the product doesn’t reach them. Ms. AMJO MOL ROSHIN should be punished and all the victims should get justice.
