Dear Sir/Madam,
I am raising a complaint against Insta Courier & Logistics regarding unfair GST deduction and refund delay for my investment amount of ₹75,000.
Details: • Amount paid: ₹75,000
• Company Name: INDRA ALLIED SOLUTIONS
• GST No provided during registration: 29CAUPR6312N1ZQ
• At the time of payment and agreement, no GST amount or GST breakup was clearly mentioned.
• Invoice issued is a counter sales invoice without proper GST details of both parties.
• I repeatedly requested a GST invoice with my company GST number, but it was ignored by the sales representative.
• Now while processing refund, they are deducting 18% GST (₹13,500) + ₹5,000 cancellation charges.
My concern:
They cannot deduct GST without showing proof that GST was actually paid to the GST portal.
I requested them to provide GSTR-1 filing proof/tax receipt, but they have not shared it.
If GST was not officially filed, GST deduction is unfair.
Refund has already been delayed for several months despite continuous follow-up.
I request NCH to: • Help in getting my refund processed immediately.
• Stop unfair GST deduction unless valid GST filing proof is provided.
• Take action regarding misleading billing and refund practices.
