Text of Complaint by Anandita sharma:

My bus was at 12:00pm, and i called the bus operator to wait for a min or update me for next stop so I could reach, he did not inform me about the bus location and was very rude in behaviour and because of him not being cooperative I missed my bus, am a student I don’t earn money on my own, you should at least help someone for trip and update about bus. I want my refund for I missed my bus because of you guys and that guy was lying and your app tracker is also fake it showed the wrong location as it was showing that bus was there, and the operator said that bus has left already.
