Text of Complaint by Bobby:

I have ordered (order id – 174986346723 on 13.08.2023) from Dabba garam using swiggy app. The delivery person delivered this at some where else. Firstly, he asked me to receive it at other’s place(where he delivered it). When i said how can i go someone’s else place & said to ask the other person to come nearby, i’ll take it. But, He refused. When i ask the customer support they first said he has delivered at right place and provided me the contact no of delivery person. When i called him again he said i am very far away & i can’t come and also arguing that i have put wrong address(While i have received 50+ deliveries on same address till that date) When i raise the issue again to customer support then finally one executive put on conference call with me and delivery person. Finally, Executive accepted that he had delivered at wrong address till this process they already wasted my 2hrs+ around. Then delivery person said i’m coming in 20-25 min which was not acceptable because food must be cold till then and, even can’t imagine whether it could be used or what? So, i asked executive to refund with compensation. They denied and said to put e-mail. i said why you are here if unable to help us ? Is it my fault ? After so many arguments, i have to put mail and they replied we will only refund the amount and saying this like they have favored me ? Means, it is rough management and if it happens you must compensate the customer.
I asked where is my mistake, they have no answer just saying we noted it etc etc. I want compensation because that no one was at home to cook so i ordered it. first they kept me waiting for so long and didn’t take any actions against delivery person(he was talking like threatening). That’s completely injustice.
I want company should take strict actions against the delivery person and also improve the customer support(not to torture the customer). I have not only faced the empty stomach but also mental agony.
