Hi Sir / Madam,
I am a customer of Vodafone and they are charging me an amount 0f 499 per month telling i will get supernet 4g. Where my signal is very weak and there is no proper care taken by Vodafone. I tried explaining Vodafone on this since 2 and half years and almost 60 customer complaints were registered. But there is NO action from Vodafone . I would like to register a compliant on Vodafone regarding the same Hoping for a Justice. Since two and half years ive paid vodafone an amount of 60k and if vodafone should be ready to return that back on behlaf of their inconsistency to resolve a simple issue.
