Sir,
With due respect I’d like to bring this matter to your attention that the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. Samastipur(R), Bihar is issuing incorrect and inflated bill again and again despite of filing several complaints with department and Anumandal Lok Shikayat office Samastipur vide registration no. 519110130122205705/2A.
They are rigid with the illegal demand where meter was found faulty when it was tested after filing the complaint with Lok Shikayat office Samastipur.
They have also installed a new mater on 15th March 2023 and submitted the report that they will do the corrections after 6 months average reading.
But I have received approximately 4 lacs bill in month of July 2023 which includes previous incorrect demand as well.
This is again totally illegal and incorrect demand.
When the meter was found faulty as per their report which due amount they are asking about? Also for newly installed meter the reading was 499. So practically they are changing Rs. 4 lacs approximately for 499 units.
I am feeling mentally harassment now as they are doing this intentionally.
Kindly look into this matter and take some necessary action at the earliest.
