Seats are double booked in delhi to hyd flight.
We were travelling with kids and it was a horrible experience to see the seats are double booked.
We have to stand inside flight for 45minutes(with kids) and finally we were given last row seats the left over one, which was terrible.
Being an international travel, we were already exhausted and kids were irritated because of this pathetic experience.
Finally we as a family have to sit separately in the last row which was terrible and unacceptable.
Throughout the journey we were not allowed to choose our seats nor meals.
This we felt as discrimination.
We feel like humiliated, discriminated. I demand a compensation for his horrible experience.
I called indigo customer care and they treat us like beggars.
