I received the product on 25 jun(last month), no camera drivers are there , laptop is taking too much time to turn on (10-15mins), screen shows white pixels.I raised my complain previously through flipkart but everytime seller rejected it.Its been more than one month , but no technician visit is there. Wish master came 3 times at my door but everytime he denied to pick the product as there is no technician visit. Also, DOA is missing. I mentioned all these things to flipkart cx support through app and twitter but they are just keep on extending dates instead of taking action against seller .No replacement , no refund is there till date. Just making me fool everytime.
