I had recharged my phone using the myvodafone app on 30 September 2018 at 00:12am. The app showed that I had an offer of Rs 349 for unlimited calls & 3GB Data per day for 28 days. ( please note i have been availing this offer since the last 1 year). I continued to pay for this recharge through the app itself and paid successfully through net banking.
But to my surprise I was unable to make any calls till today morning. I called on 199 for assistance and i was told by the representative that no such offer exists.
This is highly unprofessional on their side that the app and representatives’ information does not match.
