Text of Complaint by Ashish kumar:

I have purchased a double door refrigerator LG 420 L, from paytm mall. My Order No. is 6087537810 and I have received on 25 sep,2018 and get installed in the evening of 26, after that I have found that there is less cooling and it make lots of noise, then i continue trying paytm customer care many times but it was continue hold on, after getting tired I have asked paytm (in paytm app) on 28 sep for return under the 7 days return policy for defective product, I am continuing trying to call customer care on 28, 29, and after that they picked phone on 30 sep after a long holding and asked this is not a defective, they will give the resolution but till now no reponse, they are passing the time so that they asked me now the 7 days over, please help me this is not for the small amount.
