Subject: Consumer Complaint Against Indane Gas for Unfair Cancellation of Refill Booking and Deficient Service

The Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission,
I wish to file a complaint against Indane Gas for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
I booked an LPG refill through Indane. However, my refill booking has been cancelled multiple times without any valid reason or my consent. I raised complaints with Indane customer support on several occasions, but my complaints were closed without providing any proper resolution or explanation.
Due to the repeated cancellations and failure to resolve the issue, my family has been without an LPG cylinder for more than 30 days. This has caused significant hardship, inconvenience, and mental stress in managing our daily cooking needs.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the distributor and customer support have failed to provide timely delivery or a satisfactory explanation. Closing complaints without resolving the issue amounts to deficiency in service and negligence.
I respectfully request the Hon’ble Commission to:
1. Direct Indane to immediately deliver my LPG refill.
2. Investigate the repeated cancellation of my refill bookings.
3. Take appropriate action against the concerned distributor for negligence.
4. Award suitable compensation for the mental agony, inconvenience, and hardship caused due to the delay and poor customer service.
5. Direct Indane to ensure such incidents do not recur.
I am enclosing copies/screenshots of my refill booking details, complaint numbers, cancellation messages, and any other relevant documents in support of my complaint.
I request the Commission to take appropriate action and provide justice at the earliest.
