Hello,
I am an active user of your platform (Account ID: 1617720233). I have always valued MelBet for its reliability and fast transactions, but I have recently encountered a technical discrepancy in my transaction history and would highly appreciate your help in resolving it.
On April 27, 2026, I made a transfer of 3.40 USDT from my crypto wallet using the TRON (TRX) network.
However, this transaction is being displayed incorrectly in my MelBet transaction history. Instead of showing the credit for 2026, the system displays payment receipt No. 17660523549 for 3.40 USD labeled as “Bank transfer” with the date 27/04/2025 19:06 (exactly one year prior). Meanwhile, my current account balance is 0 USD, even though other recent deposits from the same day (for 230 USD and 150 USD) went through successfully.
I have attached screenshots of both my MelBet transaction history and the transfer confirmation from my crypto wallet to this message.
