Increase the booking amount without informing customer

Text of Complaint by Arindam Saha:

My name is Arindam Saha. I had booked 3 rooms at the kolkata hotel (Collection O 76820 The Kolkata Hotel) on 13 Nov 2022 by booking.com where that hotel has been placed by OYO. My booking no. was 3514320570. So, when I select the property for staying for 2 days (14 nov check-in 16 nov check-out) they had charged me for that 2 days for Rs. 2668.11 (3 rooms). But when I have come to the property they has told me there has no room available on that rate ( Rs. 2668.11 for 3 rooms for 2 days) and also asked me to contact customer service of OYO. So i called up customer care of OYO ( called no. 9313931393) and talked with an executive. I had told him every thing regarding that issue and then he has asked me to put call on hold for spoke with the property, then he was attended my call and asked me to check in the property with the same rate ( Rs. 2668.11 for 3 rooms for 2 days). So i was came to the property for check in and also i had got a message from OYO that my issue has been resolved and i can check in. But when I came to the property for check in the receptionist was told me that your payment has been received ( Rs. 2668.11 for 3 rooms 2 days) but some of rupees Rs. 3400 has been due ( which was not acknowledge me by the customer care executive, the executive and the hotel manager negotiate with the amount of Rs. 3400 without acknowledge me.) Then again I was called to the customer care of OYO one of executive has attended me in the call and asked me for issue, i had told her each and every thing regarding the issue and then she also hold me up on that called and she called to the property. The manager of that property has told her that they could not provide me rooms on that price ( Rs. 2668.11 for 3 rooms for 2 days). Then she was attended me again and told me the same thing as per property manager. And i had to check in with that price ( as they decided without my acknowledge Rs. 2668.11+ Rs. 3400= 6068.11)

Now all i had told in brief here.

The main issue of my that is why they have negotiate the amount of Rs. 3400 without acknowledge me, no one party has informed me about the amount.
