Hi – I had used Paytm app to recharge mobile. Unfortunately wrong mobile # was used for full year recharge. I have reached out to Paytm multiple times but have received no response from last several weeks. Airtel mentioned that it cannot help since Paytm was used for the transaction. I am getting automated response on the app which just mentions to reach out to Airtel. When I contact Airtel I am being told to reach out to Paytm or the person to whom the incorrect charge went. The person to whom the charge went Ankit Dwivedi is using my incorrect recharge plan and not ready to cooperate. I am running from Pillar to post with no resolution.
