I order a product from Tata Cliq App on 2nd Aug 2020 and paid Rs. 200 from Tata Cliq wallet and Rs. 248 from my card. Due to size issue I returned the product the very next day. Tata cliq processed incomplete refund. I got Rs. 150 in Tata cliq wallet on 13th Aug 2020 with expiry as 31st Àug 2020 instead of 200 and rs. 22O in my card instead of rs. 248 hence difference of Rs. 78. I got Rs. 78 less on total. I called the customer care of tata cliq to inform about the incomplete refund amount being processed and I was told that the issue will be resolved in 3 working days. I have to call multiple times, raised several tickets but all my effort in vain as I was not getting any resolution. Complaint Ref ID. 4009097141, Ref ID. 4009025428, Ref ID. 4009025872. I raised the complaint on Twitter. I was again told that the amount will be refunded in 2 working days however I did not recieve the amount even after 2 days. I again wrote back to them on twitter looping Mr. Vikas Purohit and Tata cliq promised a refund in 2 working days again but no refund processed again. Meanwhile my Tatacliq cash of rs. 150 got expired as I was chasing on getting complete refund. I informed the team about the same. Today on 11th Sep they added the difference amount i.e. Rs. 78 but not provided the extension to Rs. 150. So I lost rs. 150 tata cliq cash in this fight against the justice of incomplete refund which was processed by TataCliq team. It was tata cliq mistake and I suffered the loses. I have all the proofs to validate my point. Looking for an extension of Rs. 150 Tatacliq wallet cash.
