I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an order I recently placed with your company. Order #WZ55476 was for an OmniTrack™ Smart Airtag Leather Wallet for Android & iOS, which I eagerly anticipated receiving. However, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find an entirely different product that does not match my order.
I paid a total of 899/- for the OmniTrack™ Smart Airtag Leather Wallet, and I expected to receive the product as described on your website. This incident has deeply disappointed me and has shattered my trust in the company’s services.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. Here are my preferred resolutions:
Provide me with the original product I ordered, the OmniTrack™ Smart Airtag Leather Wallet for Android & iOS, in a timely manner.
If the product is no longer available, please initiate a full refund of the 899/- amount to the payment method I used for this purchase.Or else I would like to get compensation for this incident occurred.
I believe these are reasonable requests given the inconvenience and disappointment .
