Text of Complaint by Anish Sabharwal:

I had places an order for 4 packets Parliament Gold through Zepto Lite App on 13/09/2023, order id: 3829GSNQ00453. When I received the package, the package was un sealed & instead of 4 packets only 1 pack was there. I immediately informed the delivery person about the matter, he replied sir I can’t do any thing kindly complain the company directly, I have other orders to deliver. I initiated a help chat on their app a told them about the missing items, they said It’s not possible because the package you received must be completely sealed but in my case the package received was not sealed. Then I shares an image of the package as a proof that the package is not sealed, then they replied me that they have checked with there team and they are assured that they have delivered the right product & quality and said sorry we cannot do any thing & closed the chat. Since it was a prepaid order so I had to option to act. Then I even tried calling there customer support number+919867561021 and the lady told me that since we have resolved your issue on the chat, now I can’t do anything. It’s completely unethical & they are robbing their customers. I paid an online payment of Rs. 504.00. I’m attaching the invoice for the reference. Kindly help me to raise this matter.
