Hi,
I have a grievance against the following bills for the January 2019 Bills.
(1) My mobile number 9825469342 has an additional charge of Rs. 500 as a Mobile data charge. I am never using Vodafone for data usage.
(2) The same query is for my other mobile number 9429089799 in which data usage charges are Rs 75.
You can look at the history of last at least 12-18 months, I have not used mobile data of Vodafone.
You are requested to look into the matter and give the appropriate solution.
