I had placed an order with order details 403-1773961-8538739..the product was fualty i created a return..the delivery agent called me and asked where is my address..after that without even attempting the delivery he upated said return verification failed without even attempting to deliver..this is blatant lie and a false update..yet besides that amazon rep are not even helpful they keep on trying to give vague and generic updates
