I am writing to raise a complaint regarding incorrect loan information reflected in my credit report. I have already repaid/closed my loan account, but it is still showing as active/outstanding in my CIBIL report. Due to this incorrect reporting, my CIBIL score has been negatively affected.
I request you to kindly verify my loan account details and update the correct status as “Closed” in all credit bureau records. I have attached the necessary proof documents for your reference.
I kindly request you to resolve this issue at the earliest and update my credit report accordingly.
