Text of Complaint by Shivam gurung:

I am writing to complain about serious problems with my withdrawals on 1Win and the way my issue has been repeatedly delayed without any real solution. My 1Win gaming ID is 351275345. The total amount of my pending withdrawals is 9,000 NPR. On 27 April, all of my withdrawal requests were cancelled by 1Win without a clear reason. Then, from 28 April until today, none of my new withdrawal requests have been completed. Not even a single part of my withdrawal funds has been credited to my account, and every request has remained in “pending” status since 28 April. This situation means that my own money is blocked and I am unable to access it. I use NPR as my currency and I requested withdrawals totalling 9,000 NPR through eSewa, Khalti, and bank transfer using the Khalti option. My 1Win account has been verified with my phone number and email since I opened it, and I have not been asked for any additional documents so far. I have contacted 1Win customer support multiple times about these cancelled and pending withdrawals. Each time, they only repeat that I should wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, and that my request has been “submitted” or is “in the payment system process,” but nothing actually changes and no payment is made. I feel that my concerns are not being taken seriously and I am not being given a concrete answer or solution. I clearly request and expect that my pending withdrawal requests, with a total amount of 9,000 NPR, be approved and paid out to my chosen payment methods immediately, without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for the cancellations on 27 April and for the ongoing pending status of my withdrawals since 28 April, as this situation is causing me serious concern about the safety and accessibility of my funds.
