Hello,
I’d ordered a Usha mist air Icy 400mm pedestal fan (Blue) on 12APR (order #405-3762735-8897962) but received a Bajaj ceiling fan (pics attachment) on 16 APR and this parcel did not carry an invoice from amazon.I had raised return+refund request immediately on same day due to incorrect product delivery. Return order was picked up on 17 APR and I was expecting a refund. When I follow-up with customer support there is no proper response. They say I won’t be receiving a money refund as I returned a different item than the one I ordered. I returned because I did not get the item which I ordered. The response from customer support baffles me, I request you to look into this issue and solve asap.
