This may be a very basic miss but has increased a lot in the recent time where the online food delivery apps are becoming negligent in getting the orders fulfilled and simply replying to the consumer complains with a generic response stating that you can rate the restaurant if an item is missing or incorrect. But they fail to take any responsibility of the food being delivered by the delivery person.
I have all the details including the invoice and image of the item delivered and confirmed with the restaurant that they have correctly shipped the complete order as I’m a regular customer.
I want this to be filed as a official complaint against online food delivery apps.
