Recently I booked two way ticket from luthansa airlines for travel from Bengaluru to Stavanger, Norway for my mother in law. She had reached Stavanger . The ticket is full refundable. We had to cancel the ticket for travel from Stavanger to Bengaluru. I had cancelled the ticket by calling Stavanger customer care. I was told that refund of 64000 Indian rupees will be made . However it will be refunded by India Lufthansa . I was asked to fill the online form for refund. I had filled the form and on repeated emails and follow ups I received the refund . But the amount received was only 6215.27 Norwegian kroner( around 50000 Indian rupees). The total price of the ticket was around 19000 Norwegian kroner. The refund is not made correctly. I would like to raise complaint and request that the correct amount be refunded. The remaining 14000 INR should be made to me.
