Hi,
I am so unhappy with vodafone cusyomer service. They provide me an incorrect information and now they are charging me for thr mistake, I have been promised a call back from Vodafone several times and still I am waiting I have to call back them again & again. Today also I called them nd the lady executive told me managers are not available nd she can’t arrange a call back as well. Please take an appropriate action for this. I have attached one image& I have several call recordings for the same. Please look into this ASAP.
