I place food order on zomato with restaurant listed on zomato platform.
But they deliver incorrect order and when I request for the refund the generate partial amount coupon code which I suppose to use on their platform within limited time period.
My issue here is they have not generated full refund and I want refund in my source account which I use for payment. I don’t want coupon code which will expire within some period.
It’s like they are forcing me to spend on their platform.
