I ordered a food from swiggy and waited nearly 2 hours to get the order. Even after I received the order I found the order is mismatch. I ordered from a fish gravy and I got egg gravy. Spoke to customer service Nearly 45 mins and shared the proof but finally they ended up the chat as need to send email with proof and information to their email address. It was already above 11.30 PM how i fight to them without having my dinner.
