Text of Complaint by siddhant:

i book a hourly stay on agoda for 6hours at 2pm ist , in the booking it showed its booked from 10am to 4pm ist which was not at all the case , so i did try to contact the service
no one answered the phone , i tried the chat bot which is too glitched to be used hence i had to book another hotel with downgraded service and different location, even there was no mail response to the complaint
