I had raised several concerns for incorrect billing with Airtel and below is the details of the concerns :
1) I had activated 3999 roaming plan which had 5GB free data. I had no tracking of net throughout the time and I was forced to pay the bill even though the billing date was not due and the credit limit was Rs. 14,000, which was way above my billing amount. I asked  M question is why I was forced to pay the bill in between the month and why my internet service was stopped?
2) Why there is no tracking of international internet usage to customer. How come you expect that you reach out to customer and ask overcharged bill to pay when you are not providing the tracking of usage.
3) I had to call Airtel from USA and customer service representative did not have any resolution, they kept me on hold several times. Why customer has to pay for the extended calls if the service provider does not have any resolution. They kept on saying they also do not have track of data usage and I need to pay the bill.
3) Despite paying the bill my internet service was not resumed till next 12 hours. I am not sure how Airtel is going to stay in market with such bad customer service
4) Since I had to pay Rs. 5300, which was a surprise to me despite having 5GB data. I assumed this also had 3,999 charge as well. I kept tracking of data and yesterday on  December 26th. I sent an email stating the problem and highlighting the incorrect billing. My data usage from Saturday till Wednesday is 845 MB (recorded on my cell). As per my discussion with representative when I asked him what is the international internet usage I was told it was 1000 per GB (It must be available in call, which I made). From that perspective my total bill amount should not have exceeded by 6200; however I got another notification that my total bill till 26th is Rs. 9,365. Instead of getting the resolution I got an email stating the issue can be address only after the bill is generated. I also received a call which I was not able to pick as I am still in USA and the call was made as per India daytime and that was 12:51AM in USA. (Got the screenshot of the same as well).
5) Today I got the bill which says my total bill amount is Rs 13,315 that means I have done the usage of another Rs. 3,950 in just one day. Are you actually looking at the bills and notification which you are sending to customers. The surprising part is I was on hotel WIFI and using the Airtel service to bare minimum level considering the fact that you guys are charging rubbish amount. I have already paid Rs. 5300 and my total data usage post that is 0.95 GB, which means I need to pay 950 plus taxes only. However I got a bill which states I need to pay Rs 8,015 apart from what I have already paid.
