I have booked a flight from paytm on 8 september 2017 which was from Abu Dhabi to New Delhi on Tuesday, 17 Oct 2017 , the flight was for Jet Airways and I booked it for my brother Kulhans Chauhan. When my brother reached Abu Dhabi airport on 17 oct 2017 the guys on the airport said that your ticket has been cancelled later they told that this flight is being operated by Eithad Airways and when he went to Eithad Airways counter they said Paytm just generated you the ticket and they did not escalated the same to Eithad airways to generate your PNR for boarding flight with Eithad airways. I did not receive any Email or Text message neither from Paytm and neither from Jet Airways that this flight is being operated by Eithad Airways and neither there was such information mentioned on the ticket or during booking. I have called paytm support when i received call from my brother that his flight is cancelled , they called Jet Airways regarding this and put them on conference call with me and they started fighting with each other that this was Jet Airways fault or Paytm fault which resulting in my brother missed the flight, later paytm said they escalated the issue to there seniors and i will be receiving a call from there senior in 1 or 2 hours ,I told them to provide me with another flight but he said he did not have the authority to do so. After 30 minutes i received a call and they said for now you should book your flight on your own and we need 24 hours to investigate the issue. For this whole time of 4 hours my brother was sitting on airport and finally he has to take a hotel nearby and I have to book him flight for 18 Oct 2017 which was worth Rs 25000 and as it was Diwali here he will be joining our family very late due to these companies. I haven’t heard back from paytm regarding this and I need my money back . The flight which i have to book and the hotel charges which my brother paid to stay there for that night.
I have attached the Jet Airways ticket which was booked from paytm for 17 oct 2017 and cancelled later on due to there falut.

That airline stop Mr. Sabari and shush completely checking of my checking bakage .
But my coconut bakage he has have some doubts .
But I agree u have to check and allow me to go.
He told my rule breaking of coconut 3 to 4 coconut .
I told this my own property .
He told no my rule to break to coconut.
OK I agree.
Finally he will brake only one to in frant of me.
He absolutely irritate me.
This is my first time in jet airways happen.
I am several times to travel to jet airways. Thank you very much.
