I have ordered bed from Flipkart.com on 14th oct 2018, it’s been 20 days , the installation is not yet completed.
it was delivered on 27th oct, & was supposed to be installed within 72 hours. Because Flipkart FORGOT to assign it to technician. On 30th Oct , it was supposed to be installed with other Flipkart wardrobe where I took leave to get it installed. Again it was supposed to be installed today , when the installation team came, they came to know that part of items are missing. & it could not be installed today.
now I have already waited 20days to get the product with correct installation which is way beyond Flipkarts assured installation timeline.
now I want this to be installed today or get the complete refund of the product as I have already invested lot of my time into it, and and I am not available from tomorrow. I am flying out.
Seller is is not providing refund, first it was Flipkarts mistake that they forgot to assign installation team. Then it was sellers mistake that they sent incomplete product.
I want refund of the amount with compensation cost now. As I have already invested my much time into it.
