The mistake made by there uneducated delivery partner who has delivered only 3 boxes and other 3 boxes he has not delivered who blindly took the order without noticing how many boxes nor seeing the bill how many items were there. He has already accepted he delivered only 3 boxes to the swiggy customer service agent. Mistake done by restaurant and there delivery guy and they are blaming the customer. Shame on the kind of customer service swiggy provides totally zero. Its there responsibility to refund the customer his money back. But now they are not ready to refund telling its mistake by restaurant. I lost Rs 1000 by receiving incomplete order.
