I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding an order I recently placed on Meesho.

On [09/08/2023], I placed an order [Order ID 867398670517_1]) for a combo of jeans. Regrettably, upon receiving the package, I discovered that only one pair of jeans was included, instead of the promised combo.

In an attempt to rectify this situation, I immediately initiated a return request through meesho platform. To my disbelief, my efforts to return the incomplete order were met with refusal.

Furthermore, my communication with Meesho’s customer care representatives proved to be equally disheartening. I was informed that there was nothing they could do to address my concerns,
I have lost a total of INR 1209 due to the incomplete order.Please provide a solution for this, if possible.
