Text of Complaint by Aseena Ashraf:

  • This is in regards to the zomato order number 1028532181.I had extra guests at home for which I ordered extra rice along with the meal. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the extra rice. I tried to go to the chat session. I didn’t get a rep which was disappointing. I immediately sent an email to zomato team but they replied stating they sent the complete order,cannot provide any refund. So I just want to  move this case to consumer court.Im having very bad experience with zomato these days. Zomato doesn’t consider the customers words in fact talk only in favour of restaurants.
