Text of Complaint by T Rose Kumar:

I ordered food from kfc restaurant lb nagar Hyderabad through Zomato. I ordered 8 piece hot nd Crispy chicken X2 i.e 16 piece hot and crispy chicken, 1 medium french fries and 2 chicken longer burger with strips but i received only 11 piece hot and crispy chicken and one medium fries they didn’t deliver 5 pieces of hot and crispy and 2 chicken longer burger with strips which may cost upto 1000. my order no. 4973431266 and i made payment online. when complained neither Zomato support team nor kfc restaurant has helped me out. kfc customer support person doesn’t have time to wait a moment until I fetch my order number he kept on telling I can’t wait. later he simply disconnected call just saying that he noted my concern or forwarded to superior. Zomato support team doesn’t believe customer and they just want confirmation from restaurant. they closed my call telling that kfc restaurant is not responding.
I even tweeted this on Zomato page tagged Mr deep goyal but received no response yet.
