Paytm refuses to take responsibility after taking the order and money and then sitting on it in such a fraudulent manner. Instead of making sure that the order is delivered they expect the customers to follow up with courier. I have paid the money and placed the order with Paytm and I expect the company to take responsibility to deliver the same as per the delivery date given to me. After this horrible experience I will never ever buy anything from this company and make sure that I spread this information with my friends and family. Probably paytm have grown too big to bother about it and the same is evident from the arrogant attitude shown by the company in not even bothering to look into the issue. This is FRAUD and CHEATING in a blatant manner to say the least.Need someone to imitate action against this company to stop such fraudulent business practice.
