my services was stopped by Vodafone and forced to convert my prepaid no to postped….when I visited to Vodafone stores than I had asked twice the cse name sneha force to convert my prepaid no to postpaid and this is the only option open to me…..this is not the way to forceful tell to a customer to convert prepaid no to postpaid
