Hi, I’ve been using Vodafone from past 6 years. Yesterday I got an message stating that “Hello, the incoming call facility has been discontinued for your number. To restore your mobile services, recharge with a Combo/Unlimited pack immediately” but I had 15 Rs in my account. Also, I was also not getting incoming calls as well, while purchasing the SIM they had told that incoming calls will be for lifetime validity and when checked with customer care they told to recharge to get incoming calls.
