Hi,

I had ordered 5 packs of Mysore pak and 1 cake, it was a prepaid order , but it is very unfortunate that i received only 1 pack of sweet and 1 cake , 4 packs of sweet were missing (250 gms ×4 Mysore pak ) that was ordered from Anand sweets that costed me Rs.1197 .

I am here by attaching the video of package that I have received.

I have never imagined that Swiggy as a brand will ever have such kind of service. I have been a regular customer of yours and never faced such issue, hence by having trust and faith on your brand i chose prepaid as a payment option. The worst part is there is no effective platform present where i could file my complain and hope that it will be resolved asap. Instead my time got wasted on chat option and then asked to mail. This has been the most terrible experience for me. Adding to my complain, i am not sure but i suspect the delivery guy is responsible for it because of the unusual behavior as the moment i suspected that weight of the bag is lesser than expected and asked the delivery guy to wait he didn’t responded and went away by saying its not my problem and contact customer care. What kind of behavior or service is this. I want refund for the order or else i will be compelled to seek help from consumer court if swiggy wont take any action further. I am attaching a video for the same below as an evidence.
