Text of Complaint by Sandeep Dutta:

This is in relation to Swiggy Order #157474650899. The order was placed at 8.27pm on 22nd Jan,2023. The ETA at the time showed 30mins based on which the guests were attended. The time on the App kept on updating from 6 to 11mins over a span of time. Upon speaking to the chat support, it was informed that the restaurant is facing high volumes of orders and is expecting delay in preparation of food. Post that, swiggy was non responsive. Then I decided to go to the restaurant and get the order myself at around 10pm. But the restaurant communicated that the order was picked up long time back. Finally, at around 10.30pm it was informed that the order has been cancelled and a refund will be placed. I want a compensation for the delay, my petrol expenses and shame Swiggy brought to me in front of my guests. Thank you.
