I have ordered food on 24 Feb 2019 from hotel sai mahima Bhopal at the time of payment shown failure again I ordered from same again failure third time I changed the restaurant an successfully got the food but money got deducted for previous two failed order also as I asked to Zomato they told me wait for 2days ,I got my refund but only once I again asked to Zomato that the amount is credited to Zomato media Pvt Ltd as shown in my cards statement…. But they dont want to refund
