Hi when will I get response from your team, without solving the issue you people closing the ticket. Where should I raise grievance for tickets closing without solving the issue?
AL-324885 Pending from 16th AUGUST 2023 for drainage smell coming from my washroom. The service person is closing the ticket more than 5 times without solving the issue. He said to pour hot water in the drainage hole. I poured till today more than a month I poured. Still issue is not resolved.
AL- 324020 Pending from 15th AUGUST . There is no proper internet connection it’s keep on disconnecting and network is to slow even though I have enough data plan as per stanza resident. No one contacted me till today.
AL-313742 Pending from 5th AUGUST 2023, where i entered i.e joined stanza on that day and realised the window is already broken. Same day at same time I gave complaint to RC and raised ticket. Till today window glass is not replaced. Rainy season lots of mosquito is entering inside the room due to this.
Please address all this issue properly and solve as soon as possible. No one in stanza is taking responsibility for this. Attached screenshot for your reference.
