We order pizza from pizza hut via Zomato app the order number is 1741146851. But received the pizza was fully colapsed all the topings and cheese was melted and falled out to one corner of the box and it was totally spoiled and un eatable. We make the complaint about this issue to Zomato, they said you have to ask about this issue to Pizza Hut only. But the mistake was done by the delivery person, in this concern we don’t have to ask to pizza Hut. So asked for the replacement of the pizza or refund the amount we paid. But Zomato refused the both. The price of the was Rs.693/- + gst. The carelessness of the work make us to feel bad. Please take an proper action against them no one can face such issues in the future.
