I’am a seller on meesho. I have been selling products on the Meesho platform. I have not received my returned products, which were either stolen by the courier guy or lost during transit. Since meesho has taken responsibility logistics part they give a very lame excuse every time and close the complaint without proper investigation. Every time I raise a complaint they don’t verify diligently and just say it’s been delivered and send some fake signature sign and invisible seal as proof of delivery and close the ticket. So far 7-8 items have not to been delivered, which is around INR 4000 worth, and I don’t even make a profit selling on this platform.
