Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using Vodafone sim card for several years. From last few days, I am getting messages from Vodafone that outgoing services for my number will be stopped from today midnight 09/12/2018 unless I recharge irrespective of my current balance of 13.25
How can they force to subscribe to a particular recharge pack? This is a violation of my right to choose as a consumer. I have been using this number for many services and hence forced cancellation will be a great inconvenience to me. Penal action should be made against the service provider on this case. Hope a favourable assistance
