Sir/Madam
I beg to state that I,Ajay Kumar Yadav S/o- Sitaram Yadav resides at 23/1A/H/12, Cossipore Road, Kolkata-700002. I would like to inform you that I am using a Vodafone number (9674868688) from the last one and half years. Suddenly my number has stopped working on 13/02/2019 around 6 P.M. When I went to Vodafone Mini Store at Nagerbazar,Dumdum on 14.02.2019 to know regarding this issue, They informed that my Vodafone number has been allotted on the name of Mr. Arindam Das by J. N. COMMUNICATION.
It is totally ridiculous that when one number is already active and is operational, how can it be allotted to anybody without any intimation to the existing owner. For this, I have lodge official online complaint to Vodafone at nodal.kol@vodafoneidea.com on 14.02.2019 but didn’t get any reply from there end till date.
For this I would like to request you to take the strictest action against this kind of fraudulent officials and re-allot my Vodafone number on my name at the earliest.
