Text of Complaint by Anjali:

I ordered Thenthuk thukpa (soup noodles) and 2 plates of MoMos.

I received a delivery without the out cover and the soup was spilled and I was informed by the delivery person there is a slight spillage. I thought it might be just a little bit. Once I check the 3 containers, 2 momos were half open with chutneys missing and soup noodle was dried of soup. I called up immediately and thats when he said the chutneys are also gone along with the soup. I raised a complaint immediately and to my surprise the customer care ignores my complaint and said we cannot do anything now. He tried to offer me a coupon of 100Rs while I paid Rs. 420 for this orfer! He then told me If you want you can raise a complaint, I did raise a complaint but no response at all! Amidst this Covid19, I fear what has the delivery person might have done to my food!

This is a real case of extortion from customer while there is no service provided when their agent is involved! Please help me get back what I spent. I cannot lose money on such food received.
