I was having trouble with my idea network so I wanted to port my numbers to other service providers.so I went to idea store they break my plan as I was having my family nirvana plan so that individually I can port my number.but my primary number was not been processed don’t know why.thought I cleared my dues with idea service provider still it’s been 8 days nothing happening.i tried to check on with idea store but they sir I will take 48 hrs.now it’s been 8 days nothing happened.i m stuck will it only..I mailed idea company for the same they revert back with some computer generated feedback.i tried to call customer care they say it’s in process.how long does it take to port I don’t knw my UPS code is not been generated so feedup with this in this pandemic situation.
